Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to when you use kathygademer.com or buy anything on it. Please read the part about refunds especially — it is short and it matters.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Kat and Bones LLC, a Florida limited liability company, publishing as Power Launch Your Life and Mid-Level Leadership Strategies. “We” and “us” mean Kat and Bones LLC. “You” means the person using the site.

By creating an account or buying a module you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 to buy anything here.

2. Your account

There is no password. You sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email address, which means whoever controls that inbox controls your account. Keep it secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has reached it.

One account is for one person. Please do not share sign-in codes or let someone else use your account.

3. What you are buying

The Power Launch Goal Execution System is a set of six modules. The first is free once you have an account. The other five are bought individually or together.

Each module is a digital product — workbooks, planners, and written guidance delivered through this site. Nothing physical is shipped.

Modules open in order. You may open a module once you own it and own everything before it, because each step builds on the one before.

Your access does not expire. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no deadline. Buy a module once and it stays yours for as long as we operate this site and you have an account. Life gets in the way of goals; you should not have to pay twice because of it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices depend on how many modules you take rather than which ones, and they change with the season — an introductory rate, a holiday rate, and a regular rate. The price you will pay is always shown before you are sent to the payment page, so you can stop without entering any payment details.

Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. We never see your card details. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout and added to the price shown.

The military discount is 10%, available once you verify a service member’s .mil email address with a code we send there. It applies to your account from then on, so you do not have to verify again. It cannot be combined with a promotion code — you may use one or the other.

Promotion codes are valid only as stated when they are issued, and we may withdraw one at any time before it is used.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects something you have already bought.

5. Refunds

That said, we are people, not a vending machine. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or never received what you paid for, write to us and we will put it right. Email kathy@kathygademer.com.

Nothing here takes away any refund right you have under law that cannot be waived.

6. What you may and may not do with the materials

When you buy a module we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own development. You may print it, write in it, and use it for as long as you like.

You may not:

• share, sell, lend, publish, or give away the workbooks or any part of them;
• upload them anywhere others can get them, including file-sharing sites and shared drives;
• use them to train, teach, coach, or deliver a program to other people, whether or not you charge for it;
• use them inside a company or organization for more than yourself — that is what a corporate arrangement is for, and we are happy to talk about one;
• remove any notice of ownership, or present the material as your own work.

Everything on this site — the workbooks, the articles, the Power Launch Goal Execution System and its structure, the names Power Launch Your Life and Mid-Level Leadership Strategies, and the design of the site itself — belongs to Kat and Bones LLC and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

7. What this program is, and what it is not

This is a planning and personal development program. It is written from a Christian perspective and includes prayer and reflection alongside practical planning tools.

It is not professional advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, and nothing here creates a professional or therapeutic relationship. If you need that kind of help, please go to someone qualified to give it.

We do not promise results. What you get out of this depends on what you put into it and on circumstances neither of us controls. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome — no promotion, no income, no job, and no personal result. Any example in the materials is an illustration, not a prediction.

8. Ending your account

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. Closing it ends your access to everything you bought, and we cannot restore it afterwards, so please download anything you want to keep first. Because modules are non-refundable, closing your account does not produce a refund.

We may suspend or close an account that shares purchased material, tries to reach content it has not bought, abuses the sign-in system, or uses the site unlawfully. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund what you paid for anything you can no longer reach.

9. Availability

We work to keep the site up and monitored, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may change or discontinue parts of it. If we ever discontinue the program entirely, we will give account holders reasonable notice and a chance to download what they own.

10. Email

Creating an account lets us send you the messages the service needs — sign-in codes, receipts, and notices about your account. These are not marketing and you cannot unsubscribe from them while you have an account.

Anything promotional is separate, every message carries a working unsubscribe link, and we honor it immediately.

11. Limits on our liability

We provide the site and the materials as they are. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the materials.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some things cannot be limited by agreement, and we do not try to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or any right you have under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act or other consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

12. Disagreements

If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Most problems are solved in an email, and we would much rather solve yours that way.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Pinellas County, Florida, and we each agree to those courts hearing it.

There is no forced arbitration and no class-action waiver in these terms. If you need to take us to court, you can.

13. The rest

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site.

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top, and we will email account holders before a material change takes effect. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
